Zero Impact- About Us

What is Zero Impact?

Zero Impact- Briquettes made from Coffee Waste, perfect for Outdoor fireplace, indoor fireplace and pizza oven

Zero Impact was founded in 2018 with the simple question, can we use coffee grounds in a better way? Surely there's something better than sending them to landfill sites? Can we also address the causes of climate change? With these simple questions we got to work on a product that would solve these problems in a big way.

We raised some money to explore the idea and developed Zero Impact Briki’s - Coffee Briquettes. Coffee Briquettes are an innovative new product that goes great in your wood stove, pizza oven and makes for some great camping gear too. One of the benefits to using ground coffee is the intense heat it produces, which we think is kinda cool.

We also thought the Australian public deserves to know where their stuff comes from. No more dodgy firewood out the back of a truck, no more highly processed briquettes from exotic destinations. This is why Zero Impact Coffee Briquettes will always be clean, natural and a safe way to keep warm, cook your dinner and chill out around a campfire. You’ll never see us manufacturing off-shore or using bulk, low quality ingredients. We’re made from 100% plant material, no petrochemicals, no glues and no binders.

This all makes for a better experience that’s great for you and the planet. Any questions we’re just a tap away, we’d love to hear from you.
